Cover in case your satellite phone gets damaged or lost, per day. The number of insurance days purchased needs to meet or exceed your rental duration for your insurance to be valid.

Terms & Conditions
Rental Users
  • Only available to satellite phones rented from Ashbury SatCom.
  • Your excess will be the deposit you’ve paid with your rental.
  • We will require an official police report or affidavit with any claims for loss.
  • Loss in transit on return to us is not covered so return your phone to us tracked.
  • Missing SIM cards are subject to SIM SWAP fees – Inmarsat £20 and Iridium £80.
Owner Users
  • Only available to satellite phones with a valid active SIM card from Ashbury SatCom.
  • A £250 including VAT excess will be payable with any and all claims.
  • The phone must make at least 20 seconds worth of calls within 7 days of cover start.
  • We will require an official police report or affidavit with any claims for loss.
  • No cash payouts – we shall repair or replace, like for like, at our own discretion.
